What you’ll do

• Identify and apply AI solutions across the organization
• Support AI model development and evaluation
• Translate AI insights for business leaders and non-technical audiences
• Advance responsible AI practices in financial services
• Analyze and manipulate data using Python and SQL
• Build prototype applications using programming languages and frameworks

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with Python and SQL, plus development experience with additional languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript for prototype applications
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and the full ML lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services including Azure Machine Learning, AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, Data Factory/Synapse, or Databricks
• Familiarity with model explainability techniques, monitoring frameworks, LLMs, generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or custom copilots
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, in teams, and drive projects to completion
