What you’ll do
Lead complex technical programs from strategy through pilots and network-wide rollout
Align systems and strategies across engineering, product, science, and store operations
Coordinate release schedules and cross-functional teams
Drive improvements in grocery store operations and customer experience
Report to senior leadership on program progress and KPIs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
7+ years working directly with engineering teams
5+ years technical program management with software engineering teams
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules
5+ years project management including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk
Experience with AI/ML technologies and KPI/SLA definition
