About the role
Asplundh Power is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to own and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform, focusing on system administration, user support, data quality, process improvement, and collaboration with business teams. This role requires 3+ years of Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience and knowledge of Power Platform automation and reporting.
What you’ll do
Own and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform
Manage system administration, security, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards
Provide end-user support and deliver high-level customer service
Maintain data quality and drive process improvements
Partner with business teams to improve CRM operations and user experience
Support deployments, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and user adoption
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience
Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, solution management, deployments, and CRM reporting
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and end-user support skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification and familiarity with Power BI, Customer Insights, or CRM integrations
