About the role
Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior User Researcher for its Enterprise Technology User Experience team to partner with Product, Design, and Technology stakeholders, conducting research that informs product strategy and roadmaps. The role requires 8+ years of UX research experience and expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods.

What you’ll need
8+ years of UX research or related experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Factors, HCI, User Experience, Psychology or related field
Experience with user-centered design research methodologies and Design Thinking/Lean UX
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry, task analysis, heuristic evaluation, card sorting)
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear themes, insights, and actionable recommendations
Experience working on large enterprise applications or employee experiences and with agile teams
