About the role
Information Gateways Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst/UX Designer to support enterprise digital modernization initiatives by combining business process analysis, user research, and experience design. What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or modernization initiatives
3+ years of UX/UI design experience
Experience creating user journeys, user flows, process maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and information architecture diagrams
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
