About the role
Stater Bros. Markets is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead enterprise data strategy, deliver BI applications and data products, and promote data-driven decision-making. The role partners with business leaders, supports governance, and mentors junior team members.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
4+ years of combined experience in data analysis, mathematics, visualization, or similar BI domains
Expert knowledge of BI frameworks, data analysis, core enterprise business metrics, and data visualization best practices
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of BI applications and data products and engaging stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with modern BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, plus Microsoft Office Suite
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, Azure cloud platforms, and data governance principles
