About the role
ALSO seeks a Senior Manager for Real Estate & Workplace to lead global workplace strategy, project delivery, teams, and operations across its multi-site portfolio, partnering with various departments and managing vendors and budgets.
What you’ll do
Lead workplace strategy, projects, programs, and teams across global portfolio
Oversee space planning, project delivery, and vendor management
Manage budgets and financial performance
Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Purchasing)
Communicate credibly from AHJs to executives
Respond to occasional off-hours emergencies
What you’ll need
7+ years progressive real estate, workplace, or facilities operations experience
Leadership experience and trusted second-in-command
Cross-functional partnership and communication skills
Working knowledge of commercial leases, vendor contracts, and budget/financial management
Adaptability to ambiguity, new technology, and AI tools
Familiarity with EHS, physical security, and lab/R&D infrastructure preferred
