About the role
Audible is hiring a Senior Workforce Strategist & HR Business Partner to drive strategic workforce planning, headcount modeling, scenario analysis, location strategy, and organization design while advising senior leaders on HR strategy, change management, and AI transformation.
What you’ll do
Drive strategic workforce planning and headcount modeling
Conduct scenario analysis and location strategy
Lead organization design initiatives

Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
What you’ll need
7+ years of progressive HR or workforce planning experience, including 3+ years leading strategic workforce planning
Experience supporting large teams or cross-functional initiatives
Experience supporting both technical and non-technical talent populations
Analytical and data modeling skills with ability to build workforce models and interpret trends
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
