Tutor Intelligence seeks an Engineering Manager to lead its Platform & Infrastructure team, owning shared infrastructure that supports AI agents and engineering teams. What you’ll do
Lead the Platform & Infrastructure team
Own shared infrastructure supporting AI agents and engineering teams
Shape environments, tooling, and workflows for agents and engineers
Ensure observability and context across systems
Manage on-call, incident response, and postmortems
Build self-service systems so engineers can resolve issues independently
What you’ll need
10+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering
Several years leading a team or function
Experience owning shared infrastructure for an entire engineering organization
Experience shaping environments, tooling, or workflows for agents and engineers
Experience with on-call, incident response, and postmortems in high-stakes settings
Experience at a robotics, hardware, or field-machines company (preferred)
