What you’ll need
4+ years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant, or related coordination experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Demonstrated ATS experience and GSuite proficiency
Flexibility in managing changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs
Commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience and high-quality service
Experience directly supporting Engineering hiring teams, preferably with Ashby ATS
