What you’ll do

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities
• Contribute across the transaction lifecycle through research and financial modeling
• Perform valuation and due diligence activities
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional coordination
• Deliver accurate, high-quality executive-level deliverables under deadlines

What you’ll need

• MBA with at least two years of relevant post-MBA experience, or bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate business development, or a closely related field
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, accounting, market research, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Must not require Entegris immigration sponsorship now or in the future
