About the role
Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the AI Gateway strategy and roadmap within its Agentic AI Platform, turning complex AI platform, API, security, and governance needs into measurable product outcomes. The role partners across teams and customers to deliver scalable, governed agentic AI capabilities.
What you’ll do
Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Gateway capabilities within the Agentic AI Platform
Translate AI platform, API, interoperability, security, governance, and customer needs into product priorities and measurable outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to deliver governed and scalable agentic AI capabilities
Evaluate trade-offs across customer value, technical complexity, security, compliance, reliability, and operational readiness
Analyze adoption, reliability, performance, security, and business impact metrics to inform product decisions
Use AI-enabled tools for product discovery, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and iterative development
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Insurance, Product Management, or related field
6+ years in technical product management, platform services, software engineering, AI product management, platform-as-a-service, or related roles
Knowledge of API/integration concepts, AI gateway and agentic AI patterns, responsible AI, AI security, and interoperability protocols
Knowledge of cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven systems, IAM, secrets management, and metering concepts
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and explain complex technical decisions in clear business terms; legally authorized to work in the job location country
