About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a Program Manager to own the full New Product Development lifecycle for its Shark and Ninja brands, working remotely to lead cross-functional teams and ensure flawless program execution. The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 annually.

What you’ll do

Drive interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market
Ensure go-to-market strategy drives high sales rates
Deliver all program elements from ideation to end-of-life
Use KPIs and data for decision-making
Identify and mitigate program risks
Spot and remedy resource and knowledge gaps

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, or business management field highly desired
3-4+ years of direct program management experience
New product development or program management experience, consumer goods strongly preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
Cross-functional leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
