About the role
Haleon is hiring a Principal Scientist to lead Consumer Science and Product Intelligence for an Operating Unit, using consumer evidence to guide innovation, product decisions, claims, and growth. What you’ll need
BSc degree or equivalent in an appropriate subject
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in an FMCG/CPG business
Broad experience across consumer science, product research, sensory/product experience, claims evidence, and product intelligence
Ability to turn complex priorities and evidence into simple, practical recommendations
Expertise in developing and embedding novel methodologies
Strong analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and influencing skills
