About the role

What you’ll do

Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers from concept through production and launch
Manage complex schedules, dependencies, and cross-functional decision-making
Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to executives
What you’ll need
7+ years of program management or packaging program management in consumer electronics, hardware, or related physical product environments
Proven experience leading cross-functional programs from concept through production ramp and launch
Strong understanding of packaging development processes, validation milestones, tooling, artwork release, and supplier readiness
Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and global supply chain partners
Experience with sustainable packaging strategy and execution
Familiarity with manufacturing builds, NPI processes, and go-to-market readiness for hardware products
