What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or related field
8+ years in project management, PMO, transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or change management
Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a large matrixed organization
Strong integrated planning, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, risk mitigation, governance, and executive communication
Experience supporting organizational readiness, business adoption, capability building, or change enablement
