About the role
LaunchDarkly seeks a People Systems, Analytics, and AI Manager to serve as the HR systems subject matter expert, owning HR systems, reporting, and dashboards while turning people data into actionable insights. The role partners with People Operations, Finance, and business leaders to drive data governance and responsible use of AI.
What you’ll do
Own HR systems, reporting, and dashboards
Drive data governance and responsible use of AI
Translate business questions into metrics and insights
Build reports and visualizations for business leaders
Partner with People Operations, Finance, and business leaders
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality for employee data
What you’ll need
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS, including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling for data analysis, insights, and narratives
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently
