4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
In-house recruiting experience

Ability to develop sourcing strategies and engage candidates for specialized or senior roles
Experience recruiting for business, corporate, finance, communications, strategy, legal, or specialized professional functions
Familiarity with recruiting systems and sourcing tools such as ATS, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
