About the role
Intuit seeks a Staff Conversation Designer to shape customer-facing AI conversational experiences for QuickBooks, designing and evaluating AI agents and collaborating across teams.
What you’ll do
Design, train, and evaluate conversational AI agents
Develop evaluation tools and datasets
Collaborate with data science, engineering, product, and UX teams
Create dynamic dialog-flows using Boolean logic and decision frameworks
What you’ll need
8+ years of design experience with 4+ years in conversation design and 1+ year on AI agentic platforms
Expertise in building AI tools like Claude Code for generating datasets and analyzing trends
Proficiency in data analysis and synthesizing qualitative information (Voice of Customer)
Knowledge of language modeling and ML frameworks such as NLUs, RAG, and Claude Code
Working understanding of HTML, Python, XML, and regex for dynamic dialog-flows
Bachelor's degree required; certifications in related fields preferred
