About the role
Brytesight is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects covering cabling, audiovisual, and security systems. This role coordinates budgets, vendors, and implementation while advocating for clients from planning through final handoff.
What you’ll do
Coordinate project plans, budgets, schedules, vendors, and internal delivery
Advocate for clients and oversee implementation through commissioning and handoff
Manage projects on time and on budget while maintaining high quality
Create clarity on ownership, due dates, and definition of done
Communicate early and clearly to resolve hurdles and move the team forward
Represent Brytesight as a trusted advisor to clients
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of consulting and field experience
5+ years in IT cabling, network, AV, and/or security design, consulting, or PM roles
Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Software and industry tools including CAD/REVIT, Bluebeam, MS Project
Familiarity with workflow/task management software such as ClickUp, Miro, Jira, and Slack
Knowledge of architectural design and construction processes
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
