What you’ll do
Support product planning, design, maintenance, and implementation
Collaborate with product leaders and business partners on product changes
Handle regulatory updates, rates, rules, and forms
Mine and analyze data to develop strategic recommendations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Present ideas and gather information from multiple parties
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience/training
Three to five years of Property & Casualty insurance product experience
Understanding of personal lines insurance concepts, policy forms, coverage interpretation, and rating methodology
Ability to interpret insurance regulations, filing documentation, rate and rule manuals, and policy forms; experience with SERFF and OIR filings
Working knowledge of policy admin systems, project management, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing
Strong Excel, data analysis, communication, organizational, and time management skills
