About the role

What you’ll do
Govern and operationalize business analytics across the global Service organization
Drive consistent KPI adoption and reporting standards
Provide performance insights and governance practices
Support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Self-manage multiple projects and work streams in a dynamic international environment
Collaborate with multi-departmental efforts and communicate effectively
What you’ll need
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, performance management, or business intelligence
Proven ability to work across multiple geographies, cultures, and functional teams
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and strong Excel knowledge
