About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead client and partner integrations for Open USD and stablecoin capabilities
• Guide implementations from solution design through launch and stabilization
• Turn client feedback into scalable product, documentation, tooling, and roadmap improvements
• Troubleshoot ambiguous technical issues and coordinate resolution with engineering and operations
• Lead technical workshops and explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple client implementations, documentation deliverables, and product priorities concurrently

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or a related client-facing technology role
• Experience leading complex client or partner integrations for API-based platforms, payment products, or fintech
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication/authorization patterns, webhooks, API testing tools, and error handling
• Ability to read and discuss API specifications, sequence diagrams, system flows, logs, and technical designs with engineers and client architects
• Experience creating and maintaining high-quality technical product documentation such as implementation guides, API documentation, and service activation guides
• Experience with payments, money movement, treasury, settlement, digital assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, or tokenized money products
