What you’ll do

• Lead strategic business programs to improve operational performance and enterprise value
• Lead Demand Steering and SKU Rationalization initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps, governance, and resources
• Drive measurable outcomes and portfolio effectiveness
• Translate strategic objectives into structured programs and executable work
• Engage stakeholders and provide executive-level communication

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Eight or more years of progressive project, program, operations, product management, or business transformation experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business programs in a matrix organization
• Strong capabilities in business analysis, roadmap development, program governance, resource planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or comparable certification; experience in industrial manufacturing, product lifecycle management, NPD, demand planning, product cost optimization, or portfolio simplification
