About the role
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for Technical Services platforms and tools, partnering with engineering and operations leaders to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and roadmap for Technical Services platforms and tools
Partner with Technical Services and Engineering leaders to deliver scalable solutions
Modernize Technical Support and Customer platforms and developer tooling
Design solutions that improve end-user experience across post-sales milestones
Lead large-scale digital transformations and solve complex business challenges
Build custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools
What you’ll need
8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms
Experience modernizing Technical Support, Customer platforms, and developer tooling
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and integration patterns
Understanding of post-sales milestones across Professional Services, Technical Support, and Solution Architects
Experience building custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
