What you’ll do
Support, optimize, and troubleshoot the HCM system
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on system enhancements
Perform data analysis and support HCM data integrity
Work with Oracle Cloud Payroll and core HCM modules
What you’ll need
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud including Oracle Cloud Payroll
Experience with Core HR, Talent Management, or Learning modules
Strong proficiency in SQL
Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes
