About the role
RF-SMART seeks a Benefits Analyst to administer and analyze employee benefits and leave programs, ensure compliance, and support open enrollment. The role involves partnering with employees, HR, vendors, and business leaders to keep benefits programs accurate and effective.
What you’ll do
Administer and analyze employee benefits and leave programs
Support compliance and open enrollment
Provide benefits data to inform Total Rewards decisions
Partner with employees, HR, vendors, carriers, managers, and business leaders
Keep programs accurate, effective, and compliant
What you’ll need
2–3+ years of benefits experience including HRIS and benefits administration
Working knowledge of benefits laws and regulations: ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA
Experience with HRIS platforms including workflows, permissions, and processes
Familiarity with benefits EDI/data feeds and resolving errors
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
