What you’ll do
Identify process improvements and coordinate solutions with business and IT teams
Manage workflow and system enhancements
Support Contract Lifecycle Management processes
Lead requirements gathering, training, and change management
Execute cross-functional projects
What you’ll need
Minimum of five years in business process improvement, workflow management, project management, operations, or legal operations
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience working closely with Legal departments and contract workflows
Proven ability to collaborate across IT, Salesforce, Operations, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong process integrity and data accuracy
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
