What you’ll need
6+ years of project management experience in banking/fintech
Track record managing complex multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Experience leading API or SWIFT based payment integrations
Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks through governance frameworks
Expertise in autonomously resolving complex challenges and making impactful decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
