What you’ll do
Provide legal and administrative support to the Corporate Legal team
Support corporate entity filings
Prepare board and officer resolutions
Maintain corporate records
Assist with SEC and NYSE filings
Support proxy statements and annual stockholder meetings
What you’ll need
Four to ten years of paralegal or related administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Self-motivated and able to prioritize, multi-task, and follow projects through with little supervision
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Excellent written communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Paralegal certificate not required but is a plus
