About the role

What you’ll do
Map provider back-office processes to identify automation opportunities
Translate operational needs into AI-enabled workflows and tools
Measure automation performance against operational KPIs
Coordinate across customers, operations, product, and engineering
Build MVPs and internal tools to support operations
Manage multiple priorities and track initiative progress
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in operations, product operations, sales operations, implementation, or customer success operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work across teams
Proven project management skills and experience leading operations teams or owning operational KPIs
Experience building MVPs, internal tools, or translating operational problems into product solutions
Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, plugins, MCPs, skills, or similar automation tools
