What you’ll do

What you’ll need
BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience leading medium-size projects with complex matrixed teams
Manufacturing and shop floor knowledge, including product design and manufacturing execution systems
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project
Able to influence teams without direct authority, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized; PMP certification preferred
