About the role
L3Harris Technologies seeks an Associate Time & Labor Analyst to support time-and-labor processing, compliance, and reconciliation for designated divisions, resolving timecard and payroll issues and coordinating with HR, payroll, and accounting teams. This remote, full-time entry-level role is open to recent finance graduates with T&L or payroll experience.
What you’ll do
Manage time-and-labor application, compliance, posting, and reconciliation for designated divisions
Resolve timecard and payroll issues
Support compliance and audits
Recommend process and system improvements
Coordinate with payroll, HR/benefits, and accounting teams
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance completed within the last 12 months or currently pursuing
Experience in T&L or payroll
Knowledge of Deltek/Costpoint, PeopleSoft, Oracle OTL, and AutoTime
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
