About the role
Claritev seeks a Technical Engagement Lead to oversee technical readiness and deployment for Oracle Health EHR implementations in federal healthcare settings. The role coordinates technical teams, manages risks, and supports activities from assessment through go-live and stabilization for U.S. Federal Civilian and DoD agencies.
What you’ll do
Lead technical readiness, infrastructure coordination, and deployment execution
Advise clients and coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors
Manage implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
Support activities from assessment through go-live and stabilization
Conduct client-facing technical assessments and readiness evaluations
Manage multiple technical workstreams and competing priorities
What you’ll need
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Technology, or related field
8-12 years of combined experience in healthcare IT, technical consulting, systems engineering, or large-scale healthcare implementations
Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementations and EHR deployments
Strong understanding of healthcare technical environments including networking, wireless, endpoints, and clinical workflows
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and systems integration
Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or work authorization and be eligible for PIV or Common Access Card
