What you’ll do
Serve as technical lead embedded with a federal health client
Translate healthcare workflow designs into AI-enabled platform configurations
Develop prototypes and integration requirements
Demo and iterate solutions with users and program leadership
What you’ll need
5+ years in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, with client-facing experience
Strong technical fluency with APIs, JSON, data mapping, and SQL
Working familiarity with LLMs and AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
Daily practical use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot
Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Healthcare or health-IT experience (EHR integration, HL7 v2, FHIR); U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust
