This hybrid role focuses on the Financial Services division, requiring mortgage and financial product expertise, process implementation, and strong product/project management skills.
What you’ll do
Support business units with project planning and execution
Drive initiatives to increase revenue and operational enhancements
Implement and integrate key initiatives within the Financial Services division
Gather and prioritize business requirements and product vision
Develop process flows and analyze data to identify opportunities
Lead improvements using project and product management best practices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or commensurate experience
10+ years' experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products
5+ years' experience in Financial Services division areas such as originations and insurance
5+ years' process implementation experience adapting best practices
Comprehensive knowledge of project and product management lifecycles
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
