About the role
NinjaOne is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own parts of the Endpoint Management platform roadmap, partnering with engineering, design, and customers to help IT teams and MSPs manage endpoints at scale. This remote role seeks candidates with hands-on IT/MSP experience plus RMM/endpoint management product experience.
What you’ll do
Own parts of the endpoint management platform roadmap
Work with engineering, design, customers, and other teams to deliver capabilities
Help IT teams and MSPs manage endpoints efficiently, safely, and at scale
Take product features from idea to delivery
Iterate based on customer feedback
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years in IT or technical roles such as IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT
2+ years of Product Management experience in RMM/Endpoint Management
Windows, macOS, or Linux administration
Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting
Strong communication, data-informed decision making, and stakeholder alignment skills
