What you’ll do
Lead Americas total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and well-being programs
Develop competitive and equitable programs aligned with business objectives
Support talent attraction and retention through rewards initiatives
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations
Lead and develop the total rewards team
Engage and influence stakeholders across the organization
What you’ll need
12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record developing and implementing total rewards strategies in complex, multi-location organizations
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; global experience
