What you’ll do
Oversee application strategy and project delivery for EPIC and clinical applications
Lead implementation and staff development across ancillary and service-line departments
Collaborate with operational leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams
Define business requirements and develop solutions for clinical functions
Manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects to successful closure
Evaluate software packages and work with vendors and system integrators
What you’ll need
Minimum 10 years of related work experience in healthcare
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Minimum 2 years EPIC experience
Minimum 2 years managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects
Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred
EPIC certification
