About the role
The Equity Research Associate will support investment professionals through bottom-up fundamental research, financial modeling, and company analysis, while generating investment ideas and monitoring holdings across a diverse coverage universe including small- and mid-cap companies.
What you’ll do
Support investment professionals through bottom-up fundamental research and financial modeling
Conduct company and industry analysis to generate investment ideas
Monitor holdings and prepare reports with visualizations
Collaborate with management teams, sell-side firms, and industry experts
Develop and maintain comprehensive charts and visualizations for equity analysis
Communicate investment insights effectively across the team
What you’ll need
2+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or related field
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, STEM, or relevant field
Extensive experience with detailed financial modeling and fundamental analysis
Ability to support a diverse coverage universe including small- and mid-cap companies
Proven ability to develop and maintain charts and visualizations for equity analysis
Effective written and oral communication skills
