About the role
Elevate Patient Financial Solutions seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner with Strategic Initiatives, Operations, and IT, translating complex operational questions into data-backed insights and improving performance measurement through healthcare and call center data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Partner with Strategic Initiatives, Operations, and IT to improve performance measurement

Explain data clearly to operational, non-technical audiences
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or business/operations analysis
3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a health system, provider group, payer, revenue cycle, healthcare services company, or healthcare consulting
Experience with EPIC reporting (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Clarity/Caboodle extracts) and healthcare data concepts
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, data validation) and ability to reconcile large, inconsistent datasets
Demonstrated proficiency using generative AI tools, ability to create executive presentations in PowerPoint, and clear communication to non-technical audiences
