About the role
Qcells Georgia, Inc. is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and operate AI agent systems supporting engineers and managers across solar manufacturing lines, including agent tools, data integrations, LLM workflows, and production monitoring. The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, hands-on LLM API experience, and Korean proficiency.
What you’ll do
Build and operate AI agent systems for engineering and management teams
Develop agent tools and data integrations
Implement LLM workflows, tool calling, and prompt design
Create monitoring and reporting capabilities for AI features
Build machine learning tools and own features in production
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn ambiguous requests into working tools
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
2+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data engineering
Hands-on experience building applications on LLM APIs
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with relational databases
Experience deploying and operating services on Linux
Professional working proficiency in Korean
