About the role

What you’ll do
Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements
Review requirements for accurate estimation
Analyze and resolve application issues across ServiceNow implementations and operations
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM
Manage ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, and upgrades
Integrate with third-party tools and use Orchestration
What you’ll need
Experience as a Technical Lead
Experience in ITIL Process Definition
Experience in Integration Solutions and Architecture
Experience leading implementation projects in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM
One complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
