About the role
Integra Connect seeks a Software Engineer in Test to validate data-driven healthcare products, building and maintaining test solutions for data pipelines, reports, and analytics workflows to ensure data quality and reliable releases.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain test solutions for data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and extracts
Validate healthcare analytics workflows and ensure data quality
Design and execute automated data quality, validation, and verification processes
Support testing for data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Ensure reliable releases for data-driven products
What you’ll need
Experience in population health, managed care, payer analytics, value-based care, or healthcare data platforms
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data migration or modern data platform initiatives
Strong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence and data validation tools
Strong understanding of healthcare data domains such as claims, eligibility, quality measures, risk adjustment, utilization, and care management data
Understanding of dependencies across complex healthcare data sets
Experience supporting testing in high-complexity healthcare environments
