About the role
DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate for its Deal Desk team to support Sales on restaurant merchant deals, renegotiations, and commercial agreements. The role builds and maintains financial models and provides analytical insight into pipeline, portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain financial models for merchant deal evaluations
Inform commercial recommendations for restaurant merchant deals and renegotiations
Support analyses of pipeline, portfolio performance, pricing, and policy
Partner with Sales on go-to-market support and commercial agreements
Drive initiatives related to pricing and go-to-market strategy
Develop robust financial models used by F&S teams and business partners
What you’ll need
4+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in high-growth technology
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Ability to build robust financial models for F&S teams
Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve processes
Basic SQL proficiency or strong willingness to learn
Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels
