About the role

What you’ll do

Manage multiple complex workstreams
What you’ll need
8+ years designing learning solutions, curriculum architectures, or capability-building programs
Agency side experience in pharma or biotech required
Strong experience leading needs analysis, discovery, and strategic solution design
Demonstrated ability to create end-to-end learning architectures across multiple modalities
Strong understanding of adult learning science, curriculum design, measurement strategy, and learning technology ecosystems
Familiarity with LMS/LXP environments, eLearning development workflows, and modern learning tools
