About the role
Apple is hiring a K-12 Education Systems Engineer to provide pre-sales technical consulting and support for its K-12 Education business in an assigned territory, partnering with sales teams and customers to recommend technical architectures and drive adoption of Apple products in education.
What you’ll do
Provide pre-sales technical consulting and support for the K-12 Education business
Partner with sales teams and customers to recommend technical architectures
Remove adoption barriers and increase use of Apple products in education
Build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships to accelerate business growth
Navigate partner organizational structures and lead complex negotiations
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
What you’ll need
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Background in pre-sales technical, engineering, or similar function selling complex technical solutions
Deep experience in consultative sales, including qualifying, overcoming objections, and closing business
Hands-on knowledge of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Windows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
