About the role
Galent is looking for an In-Vehicle Infotainment System Engineer to lead IVI programs from architecture and design through integration and release planning. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and align infotainment systems across vehicle domains.
What you’ll do
Lead IVI programs across vehicle generations and domains
Design and architect in-vehicle infotainment systems
Integrate infotainment with vehicle ECUs including Cluster, Camera, and related systems
Resolve technical issues and perform root-cause analysis
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers
Plan and manage software releases
What you’ll need
Proven experience in IVI design and architecture
Experience developing and reviewing UML/SysML diagrams
Experience defining and reviewing IVI APIs
Strong understanding of infotainment integration with vehicle ECUs
Bachelor's or master's degree in EE, CE, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience
Japanese language proficiency and executive reporting experience
