8+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR Operations with 3+ years people management
Experience with recruiting systems, reporting, analytics, and process improvement
Experience with vendor relationships, budgeting, and billing
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI
Experience with Greenhouse, Dayforce, and candidate lead data management
