What you’ll do
Lead design across the organization with a primary focus on digital presence
Develop brand-consistent digital experiences and creative assets
Partner with cross-functional teams on design initiatives
Support the evolution of Earnix’s visual identity and design system
Design presentations and executive-level communications
Manage projects from concept through execution
What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in digital, web, visual, brand design, or creative services
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, web, social, motion, brand, event, and experiential design
Exceptional visual design skills including typography, layout, color, composition, and storytelling
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus motion and video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, content performance, analytics, and A/B testing
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage projects from concept through execution
